As long as you can keep doing stuff like this you will not lose fitness. paula always says that when you cannot run you must make something elsew better and stonger. You must do the same. key is to make legs as strong as possible. You cannot be too strong. Try to cycle a bit after weights if you can. 10 mins will do just to get the blood flowing.

But well done. It take detaermination to keep going. You will get there. Just dont waste time.
