rest

did vo2 max test at uni, 5 mins step up (20 inches), hr went up to 160, got 54 as vo2 max, which was poor on the scale, just means havent done work in this area.

1 min recovery -106

2 mins - 86

3 mins - 84

these are what my hr went down to after each minute of recovery

This was a submaximal test and they never give a true reading. Your strength is your ability to go into lactate stress and hold it. When you are fit and do a true test to exhaustion on a treadmill I am sure that the result will be different. G
