felt good but my shins ached a bit from yesturday, well the muscles next to my shins not the bone, but it didnt bother me when running just when walking around in the day.

Just be careful. 2hrs 15 is a long time on your feet. I am glad that you are keeping the pulse low.
The saturday session looked good. I am sure that you will come down to 3 mins fairly quickly because you can run so well. This session will be a good indicator of how much change you are getting from your training. next time, if this does not change then you will need to do a bit less each week (not more)for a while.
