30 minute cycle to uni

45 min cycle back as took a longer route.

hill hops

2 x 100 up and down on each leg with no rest

5 min jog

1 x 100 up and down on each leg with no rest

5 min jog

felt good, calves seem to be benefiting from it as when i run it seems easier to run on my toes
