felt good, felt strong on last mile, back ached a bit but as we discussed could be due to boggy terrain. all in all not a bad race as only had 20 mins to warm up so did dynamic stretches. and then for a warm down i did a 20 min run.
also i really struggled going up the hills, they weren't that steep but i just found them really difficult
