2hr 15 min run
2hr 10 mins were at 133 avg and had a max of 139, i feel that this is a decent fat burning pace for me.
then for the last 5 minutes i ran flat out, at 171 avg and 180 max, just to remind my body to run fast.
was good but legs were a little tired but otherwise i felt fine.

impressive. I hope that it was not too long!!! But doing this and it should not be long before something happens in your cells. You will not suddenenly become fatser but you will recover better. That means overall you will do more. Usually it also means that you dont slow down so much in races and training because the cells deliver better for longer and more easily. Good plan to finish quickly.
