avg: pace - 8.54 min miles, 142 bpm
max: pace -5.52 min miles, 152 bpm.
felt a little bit tired after, maybe due to the big run the day before, so might keep to 2hr runs and do 2hr 15 once every month and maybe up the weekly recovery runs by 5-10 mins.

probably wise. I think that 2 hr 15 is Ok sometimes but there is no doubt that it is hard.The aim should be to recover each day from each day. If you do not then carrying the tiredness only spoils the next day and possibly two. Later as you get stronger you may want to do this, but not this year. daily consistency is the key now. Always better a bit too little when you will just run faster the next day than a bit too much when you are bound to run slower.
You do not want to become a slow runner so try to keep fresh and quick.
