the best run i have had all winter, felt strong and quick and really enjoyed it.

Good. It is fine overall and what is good is that for a while now you have had no injuries or illness. That means that you are working inside your capacity and really you have needed a period like that for a long time. The last run shows that the work is beginning to take effect, but there is still lots to do. \

the next months now you need to add small bits here and there but with care. I also think that you need to get in the habit on runs of trying to make the end better than the beginning. You often have good frist miles and then the others are not so good. Start runs slower and let your body decide the pace more.
