avg - pace 13.48 min miles, 126 bpm
max - pace 9.03 min miles, 133bpm
the first 3.04 miles was done in 39.39mins at 125bpm avg
the second 3.04 miles was in 42.30 mins at 127 bpm avg
the last 1.90 miles was in 127 bpm and took 27.57 mins
possibly the most physically painful thing i have ever done, but that was just on my feet, my legs were a little tired but it may have been too slow to take a true fat burning affect, is that possible?
