felt good, was a better fat burning run than last weekend, added the 5 mins hard at the end to teach my body to change energy burning systems, was good to see that after almost 2 hours of slow running that i could change pace nicely, also it was uphill for the last 5 mins.

Good, did you get the fat burning taste in your mouth after an hour or so? It is a sort of dry taste. If you didnt then move to 140 next time and see what thay feels like.
